Position Summary

Assist growing our company primarily in the truck bed market. Position will require a self-starter and creative planner as well as an organized individual that can follow up with multiple lead sources concurrently.

Position Responsibilities

Input quotes and confirmations into ERP system. Coordinate and plan trips with inside sales team to meet company objectives. Logs calls and activities in company CRM program. Monitor sales order and work order progress as needed to ensure delivery dates. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and new prospective dealerships. Travels and participates in annual trade show to represent Norstar products. Builds and maintains new prospects list. Maintains continuous performance to meet company goals and expectations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience Required

Degree in related field preferred and/or 3+ Years previous sales history; B2B experience a plus; Must be able to work independently with little supervision; Must have stable work history; Must have extensive knowledge of company products and offerings; Must be willing to travel to dealers as needed up to 2-3 weeks per month; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Continuous performance to meet company goals and expectations required; Professional demeanor in person, over the phone and via email; Proven ability to work efficiently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; Punctuality and continuous attendance required; Winning attitude and dedication to ensuring company growth

Experience Preferred

Previous experience in truck bed sales is preferred.
