By registering for the 2025 Trailer Tech Expo, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Show Policies

• Official NATDA name badge must be worn on the show floor and at all official NATDA events and programs. Photo ID is required for all badge reprints. Badge reprints will be subject to a $25 reprint fee. 

• Anyone in possession of a counterfeit badge, or a badge belonging to another attendee, will be removed from the show floor. 

• Photography is not permitted of any exhibit including Winners Row, without written consent by NATDA and the exhibitor. This includes, but is not limited to, cell phone cameras, digital cameras, film or video cameras.

• Registrants acknowledge that NATDA will have a professional photographer onsite, as well as official NATDA staff, who will be taking photos and videos in which a registrant may appear. Registrants grant permission to NATDA to use their likeness, image and recordings for promotion of the event and future events. This promotion may include, but not be limited to, NATDA’s official website, social media, print and email marketing.  

• NATDA reserves the right to immediately remove or prohibit any attendee from the trade show, or official show events, if in its sole and absolute discretion and sole judgement, the attendee violates any rules and/or actions detrimental to the goals and intended purpose of the trade show or public image of the association. 

• Show security reserves the right to search any person, or personal belongings, for the safety and security of the event. 

• NON-SOLICITATION: Pertaining to Non-Exhibiting Manufacturers and Vendors, suitcasing, the act of conducting business in lieu of purchasing an exhibit space, is not permitted within the immediate and surrounding areas of the official Trailer Tech Expo floor, venue, hotels and event spaces. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing flyers, business cards, marketing materials, setting up sales meetings on the show floor or on any official show property. NATDA has the right to remove any individual acting in this manner. 

Hotel Promotion

I understand that if I participated in an NATDA hotel promotion, and I decide not to attend the show without notifying NATDA prior to February 10, 2025, I will be liable for any hotel cancellation fees. 

MINOR POLICY

While children are allowed on the show floor, NATDA does ask that you remember the show is a business-to-business event. There will be no activities specifically for children, some events may have alcoholic beverages available for purchase, and others may have music playing at a loud level. All children are expected to act appropriately, and all children under the age of two must be either carried or seated in a stroller at all times. Children are not permitted on the show floor during any move-in or move-out hours. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Badge and ticket fees are non-refundable should cancellation occur within 10 business days of the event. Hotel reservations must be cancelled by the official cancellation date of your reservation or else you will be responsible for at least one night room + tax. If you received a hotel night as part of an NATDA promotion, you will still be responsible for this charge should you not cancel your reservation in time.
