This award honors a manufacturer who has demonstrated exceptional performance, innovation, and contributions to the trailer industry.

· Metrics: Consistent production quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, as evidenced by industry reviews, testimonials, and low defect rates.
· Metrics: Significant impact on the market through sales growth, market share expansion, and successful business partnerships.
2. Dealer of the Year Award - Nominations from all
This award honors a dealer who has shown exceptional performance, dedication, and contributions to the trailer industry.
· Metrics: Consistent sales performance, market share growth, and achievement of business milestones.
· Metrics: High levels of employee and customer satisfaction and loyalty, as evidenced by surveys, testimonials, and repeat business.
· Metrics: Active participation in industry associations, community service, and professional development activities.
3. Rising Star Award (INDIVIDUAL)
This award recognizes a young professional who has shown great promise and potential in the trailer industry. (3 years or less in the industry)
· Metrics: Career milestones, professional development activities, and rapid advancement within their organization or the industry.
· Metrics: Introduction of new processes, products, or services; recognition for innovation within the industry.
· Metrics: Leadership roles held, involvement in industry organizations, and recognition from peers and mentors.
· Must be in the industry for 3 years or less
4. Rising Star Award (COMPANY)
This award recognizes a new company who has shown great promise and potential in the trailer industry. (3 years or less in the industry)
· Metrics: Career milestones, professional development activities, and rapid advancement within their organization or the industry.
· Metrics: Introduction of new processes, products, or services; recognition for innovation within the industry.
· Metrics: Leadership roles held, involvement in industry organizations, and recognition from peers and mentors.
· Company must be in the industry for 3 years or less.
5. Customer Service Excellence Award - Manufacturer Award
This award recognizes trailer manufacturers that excel in customer service, providing exceptional support, maintenance, and aftermarket services to their clients.
Metrics: This can include reviews, support options, customer testimonials and other details that specialize this Manufacturer.
6. Marketing Excellence – Best use of Technology in Marketing by a Dealership
This award honors a dealership who has demonstrated outstanding marketing strategies that have significantly increased brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales in the trailer industry
