NATDA and Hilb Group Offer ICHRA Benefit Program for NATDA Members
St. Petersburg, Fla. – The North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) and its benefit partner Hilb Group – a leading national broker – announce the availability of Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (or ICHRA) programs for NATDA members.
An ICHRA allows an employer to offer a pretax reimbursement to employees to purchase ACA-compliant health policies. ICHRAs are an alternative to traditional group health plans, and are a viable choice for smaller businesses, as even businesses with a single W-2 employee can offer an ICHRA.
