Enhanced F&I Features

The enhanced F&I features are designed to drive more sales, specifically through increased trade-ins. The new feature includes a CTA (call to action) on the side of the page, which triggers the easy trade-in form that encourages and instantly values a customer’s trade. Customers can determine the value of their trade and select the unit they intend to buy with a few simple steps. This will not only drive more sales for the dealership, but will provide them insights such as where the lead is coming from, what the customer’s unit history is, and will notify the correct team immediately. 

From the customer’s end, trade-ins have never been easier. This feature simplifies the trade-in process significantly, values their trade immediately, and allows them to do it on their own time. Offering a more flexible experience with an intuitive step-by-step process, customers can quickly value their trade and seamlessly move toward purchasing their desired unit.
