Dill Air Controls Acquires Exactra Inc.
Dill Air Controls has completed the acquisition of Exactra, Inc., and has begun the process of integrating operations. Expanding Dill’s product line into a complete valve offering for the OTR market will greatly benefit both Dill and Exactra customers. “The expertise and equipment from Exactra’s many years of experience in the industry are critical to our continued growth,” said Brian Rigney, Dill President.
Exactra has been a family-owned business since it began operations in 1988, and has built a legacy of innovation and quality over the past 35 years. Maurice Robitaille founded the business with his wife Norma, and Marc Robitaille has been the President for the past 10 years.
Dill Air Controls was founded in 1909 with a long-standing history of excellent quality and support. Dill is headquartered in Oxford, NC, where the company designs and manufactures the majority of its products.
