Innovation That’s Built To Take It
The 5-stage cylinder, designed to sit below the trailer front for optimal protection and superior lifting capabilities, works seamlessly with the high-flow pump to maximize dumping speeds. Furthermore, it is constructed from lighter yet stronger SSABTM HSLA materials, like the 1/8” HardoxTM for the floor and the 12ga StrenxTM for the sidewalls. The 1/8” Hardox™ floor has demonstrated to be stronger and more dent resistant than the common 3/16” steel floor and is still significantly lighter allowing for more payload. Additionally, the low-profile unibody is designed to keep the center of gravity close to the ground, with the 14K models having just a 28” bed floor height.
Options
Belmont offers expanded options, such as a 48” high side option on the 14’ and 16’ models. Additionally, the 16’ trailer will be available with tandem 10K axles, yielding an upgrade to 20,000lb GVWR. A new Heavy-Duty Low-Pro model will include a 20’ trailer with similar design features, available in 20k and 24k GVWRs, with standard 32” standard side height and optional 48” high sides. Finally, Goosenecks are available on all models.
