Rachel Hochstetler Named Training Coordinator

Nappanee, IN - GEN-Y Hitch is pleased to announce Rachel Hochstetler as their Training Coordinator for their sales channels. In her over four years on the GEN-Y team, Hochstetler has demonstrated a high level of customer service commitment, relationship building skills with customers, and GEN-Y product knowledge. As part of this new role, Hochstetler will primarily support wholesale customers with regular training sessions, both in person and remotely.
